PST: ILCW 2009 PolyEster Instore
I (Simon) had been fortunate enough to work at the famous PolyEster Bookshop on Brunswick St from 1996-97 – for more info see my short doco Totally Weird Shit!.
I stayed in touch with the proprietor Dr Gonzo after I left and many years later realised my ambition to play a set on the tiny shop floor.
Later on Gonz started the Planet X radio Show on 3CR 855AM but that’s another story!

Cumbersome was an independent record shop and studio just down from the Tote Hotel in Collingwood. They put out a few comp Cds that we were on. There’s audio of this Sunday arvo instore show coming soon!
